Part-Time Church Caller

This person’s responsibility will be to telephone pastors across Canada to promote our work of Jewish evangelism and book speaking engagements for our representatives. 

Opportunities to be involved in Chosen People Ministries’ events and outreach will be possible, depending on skills and ministry need.

The position is part-time – 20 hours per week.  Working remotely is a possibility.

Chosen People Ministries is one of the oldest and largest evangelical missions in the world.  Our goals are to reach out to Jewish people with the Gospel of Jesus the Messiah and to equip our Christian brothers and sisters to do the same.  We are at work in about 20 countries and have been established in Canada since the 1940s.

Requirements

  • A sincere love for the Jewish people (Genesis 12:2-3; Psalm 122:6; Romans 1:16; Romans 10:1) and evidence of a growing Christian faith.
  • An ability to initiate contact with pastors, engage them in conversation and book meetings for our staff.  This is not a scripted telemarketing job; rather, it involves personable, conversational, responsive contact with church leaders.  Sales experience would be helpful.
  • Personal initiative, self-motivation and an ability to handle complex scheduling details and administration.
  • Computer skills are absolutely essential.  Expertise in MS Word, CM databases and email are required.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is absolutely essential.
