From the Great Commission in Matthew 28 our orders are to start in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and go to the ends of the world. Out of this, Paul teaches in Romans 1:16 to go “to the Jew first.” This is just as true today as it ever was – and the opportunities to share the Gospel with Jewish people are greater than ever.
Are you ready to serve the Lord? Want to learn what matzo ball, mitzvah and Messiah have in common? Do you have a love for God’s chosen people?
This is a time of great opportunity for believers who have a heart for the Jewish people. Are you one of them? If so, then a short-term experience in Jewish outreach – including evangelism, discipleship and hands-on training – is for you!
Chosen People Ministries exists to pray for, evangelize, disciple, and serve Jewish people everywhere and to help fellow believers do the same. The mission was founded in Brooklyn, New York in 1894 by Rabbi Leopold Cohn, a Hungarian Jewish immigrant with a zeal to share the knowledge of Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah with God’s chosen people.
You will explore and trek through much of the country, experiencing both urban and rural settings – from the major cities that are always in the news to the incredible hills and mountains of the Galilee. Outreach Israel offers excellent opportunities to share your faith in genuine and practical ways and to encourage Israeli youth who are part of congregations in the Land. This trip includes ministry activities such as beach and café outreach, youth work and service projects, all while discovering Israel and visiting historic Biblical sites. You will meet some very interesting and dynamic people, and you will also become very aware of their need for Messiah.
More than just a study and sightseeing tour, eXperience Israel seeks to bless the people of Israel while partnering with several vibrant Israeli ministries and humanitarian aid organizations. In addition to seeing the Scriptures come to life on location through insightful teaching through “Jewish eyes,” you will have numerous opportunities to be the hands and feet of Yeshua (Jesus) in the land where it all began.
